My career goals for the next five years are to expand my areas of responsibility within the company, head up the corporate ladder, identify new opportunities to provide management and technical leadership. In long term, I want to setup my own global information technology business.
With technology playing an increasingly important role in business, one of my immediate goal is to spend less time on technology aspects and more on working with other executives to determine how technology can support business goals.
I want to identify new opportunities for strategic directions and innovation within the company and work directly with business heads and line management across different functional and business areas and deliver lasting impact and measurable value.
I will work towards understanding more business functions as well as how people, time, and resources can be allocated to all minor and major projects and try to implement this knowledge effectively. Also increase my ability to link and apply complex technologies to business strategies and continue to be a creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm.
One of my career goals is to provide strategic leadership for transitioning the company to the web based business model and incubate businesses that exploit technical breakthroughs and continue as a visionary leader for the future of enterprise IT.
